Intelligent solutions built into NexioBOT
Holds natural conversations
NexioBOT communicates naturally thanks to large language models (LLMs) that pick up on the context and intent behind what people say. It can draw its responses from general knowledge or from a bespoke knowledge base — tailored to your company, your offering and your most common queries. Every exchange is a real conversation, not a string of pre-packaged replies.
Recognises people and objects
A stereo vision camera captures images with depth information, while image processing software analyses what the robot "sees." This allows NexioBOT to react to its surroundings — it can take action when it detects a person, identifies an object or reaches a specific location.
Autonomous navigation
The robot gets around on its own using advanced software and specialist sensors, including laser scanners. It reads its surroundings in real time, steers clear of obstacles and adjusts its route on the fly — smoothly and safely. Onboard sensors deliver reliable navigation no matter the size of the space.
A look that matches your brand
A universal chassis paired with swappable body panels means the robot can be styled to match your company's visual identity. Its modular build also makes it straightforward to bolt on additional sensors or interactive features whenever new requirements crop up.
27-inch touchscreen
A large, portrait-oriented display serves as both a communication hub and a content showcase — whether informational or promotional. Touch functionality makes it possible to add interactive elements that engage users and prompt them to take action.
Built for indoor use
NexioBOT's sleek, ergonomic build lets it move safely amongst people — along corridors, between rooms and across open-plan areas.
Integration with any system
Proprietary software and open web services mean NexioBOT slots neatly into your existing IT infrastructure — regardless of the programming language it was built in. The robot transmits telemetry data, receives commands and carries out tasks assigned by external systems.
Up to 10 hours on a single charge
A lithium-ion battery keeps the robot going all day long. When power runs low, NexioBOT heads back to its docking station on its own — plugged into a standard mains socket. No intervention, no downtime.

NexioBOT's real strength lies in its software - it's what determines how the robot thinks, reacts and communicates with people.
Everything is developed in Poland, and our team - bringing together expertise in software engineering, mechanics, electronics and 3D design - is responsible for integrating proven hardware components with our proprietary software. This gives us full control over the product's development while allowing us to respond quickly to client needs.
