About the Client
In 2024, a Korean company specialising in the production of advanced defence systems, aviation technology and space solutions opened a branch in Poland. The offices are located in two locations, and the warehouse is located near one of Poland's larger cities.
The company focuses on delivering solutions of critical importance to security, placing strong emphasis on maintaining the highest standards for data and IT infrastructure protection. Due to its operations in the defence sector, full control over information flow and compliance with international security regulations are essential requirements.

Client’s challenges
Opening a new branch in Poland involved the challenge of creating a complete IT infrastructure from scratch. At the first location, only a partial network infrastructure was in place, requiring full configuration, adaptation to local needs, and later integration with the second office and the warehouse.
Solutions were needed to enable secure data exchange between the three sites, integration with financial systems, and access for an external accounting office.
Due to the nature of the business (sales of military equipment) concerns were raised about storing data in an external cloud. At the same time, a flexible infrastructure was required to support future growth and provide ongoing technical assistance in cooperation with administrators in Korea.
How did we support the client?
A comprehensive audit of the existing infrastructure was carried out, followed by the takeover of IT system management. The network at the first location was fully configured, and a complete infrastructure was built from scratch at the second site, while ensuring a secure connection between facilities for resource sharing and document access.
As part of the project, servers tailored to the client’s needs were selected, purchased, and configured. An environment for financial systems was prepared, enabling integration with an external accounting office and supporting flexible growth in line with the organisation’s expanding requirements. A complete backup system was implemented, covering data, server configurations, network settings, and Microsoft 365 user accounts.
Printer management and maintenance of the Uniflow Online system were also taken over, enabling secure pull printing with two-factor authentication via access card and PIN. This solution allows documents to be printed at any location without resending files and ensures a high level of data encryption in the cloud.
Additionally, management of the client’s website was assumed, including domain transfer, hosting, and technical administration.
Currently, ongoing support is provided through an IT helpdesk, resolving issues both on-site and remotely.

Business benefits
- Full IT infrastructure functionality. Thanks to the comprehensive implementation of servers, networks, and systems, operational activities at the new location were launched immediately without delays caused by technical issues.
- Secure data exchange between three locations. Employees gained access to company resources and documents regardless of their work location, supported by connections meeting the highest security standards required by the client.
- Data loss protection and business continuity. A complete backup system covering data, configurations, and user accounts ensures information recovery in case of failure without operational downtime.
- Enhanced document printing security. The Uniflow system with two-factor authentication eliminated the risk of leaving confidential documents on printers and enabled secure printing at any location without resending files.
- Time savings and uninterrupted workflow: On-site and remote IT helpdesk support minimised downtime caused by technical issues, improving overall team efficiency.
- Flexible infrastructure ready for growth. Systems were designed for future expansion, allowing new functionalities and locations to be added without costly infrastructure redesign.
- Smooth international collaboration. Integration with the Korean headquarters’ systems and cooperation with its administrators enabled seamless global IT management while maintaining local support in Polish.
