About the project
The company approached us with a need to optimise and automate processes to make it easier for cooperating contractors to place orders. Until then, there was no system that could transfer orders and they were received by email and recorded in MS Excel sheets.
This resulted in numerous errors in order processing and increasing customer dissatisfaction. At that point, the company was already planning expansion abroad, for which a transparent and optimised ordering process was a necessity.

The final design of the internal communication system required the use and integration of several independent technologies.
