We are a Polish consulting company in IT sector. Founded in 2006, we have specialised in telecommunications and finance. We have experience in BSS solutions (CRM, Biling) implementation, data integration and migration and tailor-made solutions. We ensure stable work conditions and great development opportunities.

A specialist in the area of database systems solutions with first-line experience of creating software. Throughout his career in IT he has worked as a programmer/tester, system analyst and a team leader of projects. He joined Nexio Management in 2007 and as one of the first workers he had created a project team which he then managed. He has successfully completed a number of projects of different complexity.
Since 2012 he has been a shareholder and The Nexio Management Board Director responsible for finance, internal processes and long-term strategy. He is a graduate of two faculties at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Information Technology and Physics, postgraduate studies on Marketing and Management at the Wrocław University of Economics. He has also completed MBA studies at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
A specialist of many years’ experience in implementation of IT solutions for telecommunications and insurance. He started his career as an IT specialist at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era GSM) and Zurich Insurance. He played a significant role in building a modern IT structure in both of the companies at their early stages. He subsequently acted as an IT/Data Centre Manager both at Energis Polska and GTS Energis. He is in charge of managing internal IT department, implementing, maintaining and developing systems (CRM, Billing, OSS, portale, ERP, backoffice), managing Data Center (approx. 5000 sqm of modern DC surface), cooperating with clients, fulfilling outsource projects, data security, registry implementation. Since 2005 he has been running commercial activity within IT services for telecommunications and insurance. He successfully completed a number of IT projects of different difficulty and scope.
Since 2006 a founder and shareholder of Nexio Management, responsible for development of the company, cooperation with clients and team building. In the first years of the company a Project Manager in the most significant implementations. He is constantly active in key projects and research works on new technologies including Cloud Computing, AI, Big Data, IOT etc.
A sales manager with many years’ experience, especially in telecommunications, gained both in Poland and abroad. He gained his first business experiences in the area of marketing, sales and product implementation among others at SunLife in Canada. Afterwards, in Poland, he was one of the pioneers of an independent business within telecommunications as a co-founder and paging carrier manager. He was subsequently mastering his competences holding positions of General Manager and Country Manager for American software companies Comverse and Amdocs, focusing primarily on global clients such as Orange and T-Mobile both in Poland and in cooperation with their business centers.
Since 2008 at Nexio he has been focusing on expanding and mastering competences of its commercial organisation. He manages business development and strategic rapport with the Nexio key clients.
Ed has over 20 years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications industries in a number of senior roles. He has a proven track record in developing, growing, and re-structuring a business to maximise profitability, capability, business efficiency, and realise its full potential. Prior to joining Nexio in 2014 Ed worked in a number of specialist fields including the Document Management industry and I.T services. His key strength areas include business integration (M&A), delivering innovative solutions for top-line business goals, developing strategic plans to meet short and long term key company objectives. Ed has a strong commercial and operational background working with clients in a spectrum of industries such as Glaxo Smithkline, BAE, Welsh Government, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland. Ed strives to deliver an operating model where service excellence is delivered as standard. Outside of work Ed enjoys time with his family. He enjoys the outdoors, spending time by the coast, travel and playing golf badly.
